+CANCELLATIONS : less than 48 hours will charge 50% fee of the booked services +NO SHOW/ CALL: will result in having to pre-pay full service cost before you book an appointment again. OR: banned ( if don’t reach out to me) +LATENESS: To be considerate to me, my other clients, and the time booked out for yourself, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be marked as a no show and you will be charged 50% of the service fee on top of your total. +OVERBOOKING / CANCELING ( less than 48hours): more than 2 times, over booking and canceling more than 2 times = BANNED +BOOK MORE THAN 2 SERVICES ( nails + pedi) BUT CANCEL 1: without letting me know before 48 hours will get charge 100% for the cancelled service. +FOREIGN FILL: If you are coming from another nail artist, please book a removal + full set. I do not do foreign fills.
